Shipping and Returns
Thank you so much for shopping small! Once your order has been placed your item(s) will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for unless you select to upgrade your item to 1st class signed for.
Items are shipped out to you within 5-7 business days (usually 2-4, as i try to be as quick as possible!). If your item is MADE TO ORDER please be aware it will more likely be 6-10 days before it is shipped, I handmake everything myself so please do be patient with me. Thank you!
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Please contact your local customs office if you are unsure if this applies to your country.
I will combine postage on multiple orders and refund any overages.
UK Shipping:
Royal Mail 2nd class aim to deliver items within 2-3 working days once I have shipped your item. This is not a guarantee and can take longer depending on busier time periods.
International Shipping:
Please be aware that shipping to the EU will now incur customs fees. These will have to be paid to your customs control before release of your parcel. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
International orders are sent signed for
- Europe parcels can take up to 1 week to be delivered if there is no delay to the Royal Mail service.
- Rest of World parcels can take up to 1-2 weeks if there is no delay to the Royal Mail service.
Please allow the Postal Service these times to deliver your items before getting in touch.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Earrings are not refundable or exchangeable for hygienic reasons. Please take this into account when ordering these items. I offer exchanges or credit note on other items but not returns. I do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
